Fjorårets sterke rekke med filmer ble hedret under den 96. Academy Awards. Vi har funnet våre indre nattugler og oppdatert hele natta både her og på X hvor vi har en egen tråd med vinnerne.
I år var det bare tre filmer som gikk hjem med flere enn én statuett. Oppenheimer vant syv priser, inkludert beste mannlige hovedrolle for Cillian Murphy, mannlige birolle for Robert Downey Jr. og regi for Christopher Nolan.
Poor Things vant nest mest med fire priser, inkludert Emma Stone som beste kvinnelige hovedrolle. Mens den tysktalende britiske filmen The Zone of Interest vant to priser for beste lyddesign og beste internasjonale film.
The Holdovers vant via Da’Vine Joy Randolph som beste kvinnelige birolle. The Boy and the Heron vant beste animasjonsfilm.
Dessverre ble det ingen priser til filmer som Maestro og Killers of the Flower Moon.
